The consultation process can be broken down into 2 stages.

INITIAL CONTACT

When you email us you will get an auto reply with the several attachments. This includes a general outline of what is necessary to have completed before the appointment including:

  • rabies vaccination, more than 21 days in advance

  • a working microchip

  • a tapewormer (for some destinations)

It will also include a form for you to fill out and return with your personal, vet, pet, and travel details.

Please leave me a contact number and be best time to get in touch.

The last step before your appointment is to sort payment. Once payment is received you will get a confirmation email.

Day of Consultation

The person travelling with the pet will need to be present at the consultation, either in Brancaster or in the home for home visits. Most of the work is done in advance so the appointment time will be roughly 20min. Here we will:

  • Check the documentation

  • do a quick health check

  • scan the microchip

  • sign the form

  • take a copy after finalising the paperwork.
